COVID-19: FAQ

The current situation explained

16 March 2020

Following the EFL’s decision to suspend fixtures until April 3 at the earliest, we have put the following FAQ together to try and answer any questions you may have.

WHAT IS THE CURRENT SITUATION?
The EFL have suspended all fixtures until at least April 3rd. This means our scheduled games against Forest Green Rovers, Carlisle United, Cambridge United and Oldham Athletic have been postponed for now. No new dates for these games have yet been arranged.

DOES THIS MEAN THAT FOOTBALL WILL RESUME ON APRIL 3RD?
Not necessarily, the EFL and FA are constantly monitoring an ever changing situation and taking on board the latest advice from the Government and Public Health England. The EFL will meet this week to discuss the situation.

I HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS FOR POSTPONED GAMES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The scheduled games have been postponed, not cancelled. With that in mind, the intention is for these fixtures to be scheduled to take place at a later date. We have no idea, at this stage, when this will be but we will of course update you as soon as matters are confirmed.
In the meantime, please keep your tickets safe. They will be valid for the rearranged game or, if you can't make the new date once it is known, details of how to claim a refund will be announced at the time the date of the re-arranged game is confirmed.

I HAVE TICKETS FOR THE CREWE GAME ON APRIL 4, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
As it stands, this game is on. This is of course subject to constant review. If the game is postponed, then as above, please keep your tickets safe. They will be valid for the rearranged game or, if you can't make the new date once it is known, details of how to claim a refund will be announced at the time the date of the re-arranged game is confirmed.

I HAVE TICKETS FOR THE CHARITY GAME, OR ANY OTHER CLUB EVENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
As it stands, any event scheduled after April 3rd, including the celebrity charity match and the end of season dinner is on. This is of course subject to constant review. If any event is re-arranged, then as above, please keep your tickets safe. They will be valid for the rearranged date or, if you can't make the new date once it is known, details of how to claim a refund will be announced at the time the date of the re-arranged event is confirmed. If any event is cancelled, details of how to claim a refund will be confirmed at the time of cancellation.

I HAVE ORDERED AN ITEM FROM THE CLUB STORE, WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders are being dispatched as normal. If you wish to click and collect, please contact @NTFC_SLO on Twitter to arrange.

IS THE TICKET OFFICE OPEN THIS WEEK?
No, and all club staff are currently working from home. Contact details.
