Although the play off games will be played behind closed doors, the club are working hard to get supporters involved in the play off matches.
More details should be announced before the end of the week, and Chairman Kelvin Thomas is sure the plans will prove popular with supporters.
"We have a few initiatives that we will announce before the end of the week," he said.
"When they are, I am sure the fans will get right behind what we have planned. We want to involve the supporters in these games as much as possible and by the end of the week we plan to have things ready to launch. I am sure the Shoe Army will be right behind us in all that we do in the build up to these play offs.
"We also have a plan in place to address match and season ticket refunds. We feel it is right to wait for things to become ratified by the EFL before we make that announcement. Refunds or not, our supporters have been fantastic. We have spoken to a number of supporters about that and the feedback has been first class.
“We have also been asked a lot about season tickets for next season but we can't really launch those until we know what next season looks like. I am confident we will be closer to having supporters inside the stadiums by the time next season comes around, but we will have to see how things progress."
