HOW DO I BUY A SEASON TICKET ONLINE?
Firstly, it is important to say we are open for phone calls on 01604 683777 between 10am and 2pm each Monday, Wednesday and Friday. However, with staff working from home and limited lines available, we will need to ask for your patience.
The most efficient way to buy or renew your season ticket is online. How do you do this?

RENEWING A SEAT
If you have used this service before, please log in (top right corner of the screen).
Once logged in, please head for RESERVED SEATS - then your seat should now be shown under the RESERVATIONS heading for you to renew.
BUYING A NEW SEAT
If you are new to this service, please register your details and then log in.
Please visit the SEASON TICKETS heading.
Please click on BUY and choose the type of season ticket you wish to buy, the category of ticket (ie adult, junior etc) and select your seat. Any seat shown green is available, it will turn yellow when you have selected it. Please then click on BUY SELECTED SEATS and proceed to payments.
I am looking to renew my seat but cannot see it under RESERVED SEATS, why is this?
Firstly, please be sure you are logged in. Some people forget to log in. If you are logged in and it is still not shown then your seat has not been linked to your account. Please call us on 01604 683777 during the above opening hours or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Please bear with us and be patient, we are experiencing heavy demand at the moment but we will get back to you when we can.
I want to renew a friend or relative's seat, how do I do this?
You need to link their account to yours.To do this you will need that supporter's customer reference number, full name and address. (Please see screen shot below).
This can be done under the REQUEST AN ASSOCIATION button on your profile page. If you don't know their customer reference number please call us on 01604 683777 during the above opening hours or email email@example.com for assistance. I want to renew a disabled season ticket or disabled parking west or gravel car parking.
To renew a disabled season ticket, or west or gravel car parking, please call the ticket office during the above opening hours.
When can I collect?
Season card collection details will be announced in due course.

When is my current season ticket seat reserved until?
Noon on August 15th
