Paul Anderson has signed a new contract to stay with Northampton Town until the end of the season.
Anderson has impressed since he returned to the club in October and has made 14 appearances, only being on the losing side once.
"We are really pleased that Paul has signed his new contract," said Keith Curle.
"I think he has done really well since joining us, he has earned his new contract and he has fully vindicated our decision to bring him in.
"Paul has settled in well, both on and off the field and we are pleased he will be staying with us."
Anderson is the second player to extend his stay this transfer window, after Michael Harriman put pen to paper on his new deal recently.
