A number of Northampton Town's younger players are currently out on loan or work experience, gaining experience of playing first team football.
ON LOAN
Defender Ryan Hughes is currently with Banbury United while goalkeeper Bradley Lashley is at St Ives Town and the more experienced Billy Waters is spending the rest of the season with Newport County.
WORK EXPERIENCE
On open ended work experiences, allowing them to play for their work experience club as well as our under 18s are goalkeeper Dylan Berry who is with Biggleswade United, central defender Josh Flanagan at Wellingborough Town, striker Urijah Gordon-Douglas is at St Andrews, striker Michael Harding is with Kettering Town, goalkeeper Lewi Patching is with Wellingborough Town as is midfielder Haydn Price.
