The next Northampton Town Football & Education programme open evening will now take place via Zoom on Monday 14th December (6.30pm).
This event is for you if you are currently in year 11 or 12 and would like the opportunity to become an FEP Scholar in 2021. Becoming an FEP Scholar gives boys and girls the opportunity to combine their post-16 education, studying for a Level 3 Diploma or Extended Diploma in Sport (Sports Coaching & Development) with training and playing for the Northampton Town U19 Shadow Squad.
Players who excel may get opportunities to train with the Northampton Town youth team, which can lead to opportunities to move onto a full youth team scholarship, following in the footsteps of Scott Pollock and Ethan Johnston. It may even lead to a professional contract, as it has done for Scott and Ethan, who progressed from the programme on to a first team contract!
