FAQs AHEAD OF SOME SEASON TICKET HOLDERS RETURNING

TICKETS
For games you are attending, please, where at all possible, print your tickets at home. Details of how to do this are here: https://www.ntfc.co.uk/news/20202/november/261120/
If you cannot print at home, tickets can be collected from the club store at the PTS Academy Stadium from 10am to 5pm on weekdays.
As a last resort, tickets can be collected on arrival from 1pm on matchday from the ticket collection cabin.

CAN I COLLECT MY SEASON TICKET(S)?
Season tickets are not available for collection at this time as we are issuing individual tickets match by match at this stage, as each game you attend you may be in a different seat.

PARKING
Supporters who have purchased a parking space in a particular car park can park in that car park. Admission will be by your name on a list for the first few games, and the car park passes can then be collected from the ticket collection cabin, opposite main entrance, ahead of kick off.
Parking is available in the north gravel car park for those supporters who have not pre-purchased their pass by paying £4 on arrival via card/contactless payment.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Supporters are asked to please familiarise themselves with the code of conduct that has been issued here: https://www.ntfc.co.uk/tickets/covid-code-of-conduct/
Please note that ground regulations still also apply, and can be found here: https://www.ntfc.co.uk/tickets/ground-regulations/

ARRIVAL TIMES
The stadium will open for supporters at 1.45pm. To help with staggered arrival times, the following admission times are suggested.

If you are sitting in the West Stand upper tier, or the North, East or Imperial Cars South Stands, please arrive from 1.45pm.

If you are sitting in the West Stand lower tier, please arrive from 2.15pm.

Entrances are open in each individual stand. There are two entrances for the West Stand.

Please use Gate 5 (next to club store) if you are in seats 1 to 100 of the lower tier or seats 1 to 84 of the upper tier.

Please use Gate 10 (north west corner of the stadium by the All Things Business 1897 Suite) if you are in seats 101 to 200 in the lower tier or seats 116 to 199 upper tier.

WILL THERE BE PRE-ENTRY CHECKS?
While the current threat level remains, pre-match security measures and checks will apply. Please avoid bringing large bags into the stadium to avoid slowing down the stadium entry process and please only bring bags if absolutely necessary. Additional stadium entry procedures such as temperature testing may be in operation, particularly during high risk times. Where this occurs, anyone tested who records a temperature greater than the recommended levels will be refused entry.

CLUB STORE
The club store will open before kick off. Please note we can allow a maximum of 3 people in the store at any one time and face coverings must be worn.

FOOD/DRINK, MATCH PROGRAMMES etc
Please note that, in order to comply with social distancing regulations, we will not be selling any food or drink within the stadium. Carr’s Bar will be open as a takeaway service, card/contactless payment only, and these items purchased can be taken in to the stadium. We are not allowed to serve alcohol.
The match programme will not be sold in printed form, but supporters can download and read the issue for free from ntfc.co.uk

TOILETS
Please use the toilet facilities as directed by signage and/or stewards.

TRAVEL FROM TIER 3 LOCATIONS
Travel from Tier 3 to Tier 1 and Tier 2 areas, in order to attend a football match, is not permitted. Season ticket holders living outside of Northamptonshire should check whether they are permitted to travel to matches and to please notify the ticket office by emailing ifollow@ntfc.co.uk to let us know if they are unable to attend and to also advise us of any future changes to the tier in the area they live.

FACE COVERINGS
It is club policy that all supporters must wear a face covering when entering and exiting the stadium, when moving around the stadium and also in communal areas. We also strongly recommend that face coverings are also worn at all other times.

DO ALL SUPPORTERS HAVE TO WEAR A FACE COVERING?
There may be any specific exemptions, based on individual circumstances. Some people are less able to wear face coverings, and the reasons for this may not be visible to others. This includes (but is not limited to):
• children under the age of 11 (Public Health England does not recommend face coverings for children under the age of 3 for health and safety reasons)
• people who cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering because of a physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability
• where putting on, wearing or removing a face covering will cause you severe distress
• if you are speaking to or providing assistance to someone who relies on lip reading, clear sound or facial expressions to communicate

SANITISING STATIONS
Hand sanitisers will be located on entry and exit points and around the stadium. Please ensure you use them on entry, after visiting the toilets and as required.

WHERE WILL I BE SAT?
In order to comply with social distancing, you are unlikely to be sat in your usual season ticket seat. Where at all possible, those who have purchased a season ticket down the side of the pitch will be sat in either the East or West Stands and those who have purchased a season ticket in the North Stand will be sat behind the goal in either the North or Imperial Cars South Stands. We aim to have as many season ticket holders as possible sat in their regular stand once out of every two games but this may not always be possible. Your stand, row and seat number will be displayed on your ticket. Please sit only in the seat(s) allocated, do not spread out in to empty seats next to you or around you. The seats will have been left empty for social distancing purposes and should not be used.

MOVING AROUND THE STADIUM
Please keep moving around the stadium to a minimum, but if it is necessary for you to move around the stadium, please follow the one way system, please turn your head away from other supporters, do not pass on stairs and please wait for other supporters to clear an area before moving forward.

LEAVING THE STADIUM
At the end of the game, please remain seated until the stewards invite you to leave and then make your way out of the stadium. We will be emptying each stand block by block. As you leave please do not gather in stairways or exit gates.

I AM NOT ATTENDING THE GAME, CAN I STILL WATCH THE MATCH ON IFOLLOW?
Yes, the iFollow service will remain an option until all capacity restrictions are lifted. Season ticket holders can watch the matches they are not attending in the usual way, while non season ticket holders can purchase a match pass for £10.

I HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED A TICKET BUT CANNOT OR DO NOT WISH TO ATTEND, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please email ifollow@ntfc.co.uk and we can allocate your seats to another bubble.

Thank you for your support and your co-operation.
