Education & Sport Mentor - 37.5 hours per week - £16,000 - £18,000

Northampton Town FC Community Trust is a pioneering charity that uses the unique appeal of Northampton Town Football Club to deliver activities that connect our communities and improve people’s lives.

Due to the expansion of our education provision, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team in the following position:

Education & Sport Mentor
This is an exciting role with particular focus on our schools programmes and will see the successful candidate inspire, engage and support young people within Northamptonshire through the delivery of curriculum based and extra-curricular activities. The role will include delivery of PE lessons, classroom support in literacy and numeracy, healthy lifestyles/PSHE sessions, girls football, disability football, targeted behaviour interventions and extra-curricular activities in football and multi-skills as part of the Premier League Primary Stars programme. Activities will be delivered in mainstream primary schools as well as alternative education settings.

The role is exciting with no two days being the same.

All eligible candidates must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle too. All candidates will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS check. The successful candidate will also showcase the following Northampton Town FC Community Trust values:
