A new home venue for Northampton Town Women

Northampton Town Women will be using Harpole FC for all the first team home games as well as training for the coming season.

Harpole FC, a club with 125 years of football experience, are home to 7 youth teams and 3 men’s teams, and are a community club with an exciting future as they will also see new developments including additional grass and 4G pitches, as well as new facilities with more space to allow the club to progress.

Speaking about this move for Northampton Town Women, Joe Douglas, from Harpole FC said, “We are excited to welcome Northampton Town Women to the Harpole FC family. As a club we believe that by welcoming Northampton Town Women to the Harpole family it is a great example of our community spirit and we are delighted to welcome Northampton Town Women to Harpole FC.”

Kim Birtwistle, Women’s and Girls Officer at Northampton Town FC Community Trust added, “Everyone at Northampton Town Women are thrilled to have secured a partnership with Harpole FC for the upcoming season. The community feeling and ethos of Harpole FC runs in line with our own and we are looking forward to establishing a home ground where we can build a fan base and make those connections with the local communities within Northamptonshire. I would like to personally thank Harpole FC for welcoming the first team players and staff and quickly making them feel at home.”
