Supporters may have seen the news earlier this week that season ticket holders will be able to watch home league games on iFollow for as long as games are behind closed doors or attendances are reduced.
We realise there are a number of questions that supporters have about this service, and we have published the below to help. Please note we expect more information to be made available to us, which we will pass on to you, in due course.
WHAT GAMES CAN SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WATCH?
Season ticket holders will be able to watch home league games . Away matches and cup matches will be available to season ticket holders and all supporters at a cost of £10 per match.
HOW WILL THIS WORK?
In the build up to each home league game, season ticket holders will receive a promotional code via email that will allow them to watch that home league game.
CAN NON SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WATCH THE GAME?
Non season ticket holders can purchase match passes to watch any league game (home and away) or any cup game (apart from the FA Cup) via a match pass at £10 per game.
I AM A SEASON TICKET HOLDER, WHAT CAN I DO NOW TO PREPARE AND BE READY?
The codes will be sent out just before every home league game so they are not yet available. For now, please make sure you have either registered for an iFollow account, or have an existing iFollow account.
In both cases that account should be registered with the email address that the club hold on file for you for season ticket purposes. You should ensure that you have noted your username and password, and have checked to ensure those credentials work.

CAN I WATCH IFOLLOW VIA MY TELEVISION?
iFollow is available across desktop, mobile, tablet and app. Users watching matches live on a mobile will have to use the iFollow app, which is available via the App Store and Google Play Store here
