KEITH CURLE - 'WE ARE DEVELOPING INDIVIDUALS AS WELL AS COLLECTIVELY'

The Cobblers boss looks ahead to the visit of Crawley Town

Keith Curle says he is pleased with how many of the Cobblers squad are continuing to improve their individual ability and performances.

Curle and his staff are working hard with some members of the squad to really see their displays improve, and he is sure that many are heading in the right direction.

“There are players in the squad who aren’t the finished article yet, their goal is to play at the highest level they possibly can and my goal is for them to play at the highest possible level with us," he said.

"We made Charlie Goode captain because we felt that would help his delevelopment and I think that is certainly happening, but I could also go through the squad and name players who are improving their game."
