Northampton Town defender Jay Williams has joined Kettering Town on a month's loan.
18 year old Williams, who is a product of the Northampton Town Academy, has so far made 16 first team appearances for the Cobblers, and manager Keith Curle said that a spell of first team football over the next few weeks will help with Jay's development.
"As is the case with all of our young players, Jay has an individual development plan," he said.
"We wish him well at Kettering, we will monitor his progress and we are sure this spell out on loan will do him good."
