Northampton Town's youth team welcomed Gillingham to Moulton College on Saturday for their latest EFL Youth Alliance fixture.
Michael Harding (pictured), Ryan Smith, Ethan Johnston, Caleb Chukwuemeka and Ewan Clark were all on target as the Cobblers won 5-0.
"I felt we played just above the level of the game but even with the scoreline we could have been much better," said under 18s coach Jon Brady.
"We scored five and to have five different goalscorers is pleasing but even with that we could have scored more goals."
