Cobblers boss Keith Curle is sure the home crowd will have enjoyed some of the entertaining games at the PTS Academy Stadium this season.
Saturday's 4-1 win over Crewe was achieved in a different way to some of the wins earlier in the season, but was the Cobblers fifth home win of the campaign, following on from victories over Plymouth Argyle, Newport County, Salford City and Cambridge United.
"There are many different ways to win a game," he said.
"Against Crewe we felt we had to play a certain way to negate their threats and to maximise ours, and it might well be we need to play in a different way against Grimsby this weekend.
"We are trying to develop a winning culture and I think we've have had some really entertaining games for the home fans to enjoy so far this season.
"We are still blending a whole host of new players in to the group but I think we are seeing a culture build. The fans are very much part of that and I think they are both enjoying and being entertained by what we are trying to do."
