Boss Keith Curle has virtually a fully fit squad to choose from as the Cobblers head into a run of three games in six days, starting with Sunday’s Emirates FA Cup second round tie with Notts County at the PTS Academy Stadium, kick-off 2pm.
“We’ve only got one absentee from training,” he said.
“Cam McWilliams has a tight hamstring which he picked up out on loan but apart from that we have got a clean bill of health and coming into a busy period that’s exactly what we want.
“There is excellent competition for places and it’s always better for players to come back into a team that is buoyant and on an upward curve.
“The standard of training this week has been very good, everyone wants to play and be involved."
