Milton Keynes Dons will visit the PTS Academy Stadium for a pre-season fixture.
The game will take place on Friday July 26th at 7.30pm.
This is likely to be Northampton Town's third and final home pre-season game, with Premier League side Sheffield United to visit as part of the club's Open Day on Saturday July 20th (3pm). There is set to be one other home fixture, which will be confirmed in due course.
Ticket details for all of the pre-season home games will be announced at a later date.
The Cobblers can also confirm one other pre-season fixture at this stage, an away game at Brackley Town on Tuesday July 23rd at 7.45pm.
Keith Curle's squad will also spend a week at a Spanish training camp, from Sunday July 7th to Saturday July 13th.
The new season begins on the weekend of August 3rd.
