Cobblers boss Keith Curle previews the final game of the season, Saturday’s trip to Oldham Athletic, and says he wants to see a good tempo from his side.
“I want to see less of our first half performance and more of our second half performance from last Saturday,” he said.
“Effort and application won’t be in question, the players have got an understanding of how I work and I want to see a performance that sets the tone for the first game of next season.
“We know that we are a better team when we play at a tempo and the players know that. We are better as a team when we play on the front foot.
“Oldham have got some very good players and they will be a threat on Saturday.”
