On Monday Northampton Town staged our fourth annual Heads Up mental health football festival at the PTS Academy Stadium.
This year fourteen teams took part, including, from Northampton, The Bridge Programme, the Hope Centre, St Andrews and last year’s winners Recovery House.
Other teams travelled from all over the country to take part, from places such as Derby, Blackburn and Chesterfield.
The festival is open to all players with mental health issues and gives players the opportunity to play at a professional EFL stadium.
We would like to congratulate all who took part for the excellent quality of football on display.
