Do you have what it takes?

Being a community coach is a rewarding job. You get to make a real difference to the lives of the children you support. You are trained and supported to ensure you have the necessary skills and are supported by an amazing team of like minded professionals who are as equally committed as you are.

Being a community coach is also a challenging job. You often work with vulnerable children and young people who might reject your input, they’ll challenge you to come up with new ways of engaging them in activity and will test your resilience. The role is varied and will see you working not only on the sports field but in the classroom too.

You’ll be based in more than one school/venue throughout the week and so all eligible candidates must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle too.

The successful candidate will also showcase the following community trust values:

We Go Further - We don’t do ‘good enough’ we do the very best

We Are Reliable - We have integrity and transparency at our core.

We Inspire -
We lead by example, delivering with enthusiasm and passion to help others unlock their full potential.

All candidates will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS check.
