Do you want to make a positive difference to young peoples’ lives? Do you want to work for an organisation whose staff are passionate about connecting communities and improving peoples lives, through the power of sport and education?

The Northampton Town Community Trust is a pioneering charity that uses the unique appeal of Northampton Town Football Club to deliver activities that connect our communities and improve people’s lives. We have two exciting opportunities to join our team:

COMMUNITY COACH - SCHOOLS - 35 hours per week
£16,000 - £18,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed coach to join our team to help deliver an array of high quality provision across Northamptonshire including school’s curriculum and after school sessions as part of the Premier League Primary Stars programme, holiday courses, disability and girls football sessions.

COMMUNITY COACH - Premier League KICKS - 25 hours per week
£16,000 - £18,000 per annum, pro rata
Working on the Premier League Kicks programme you’ll be delivering a range of sport based activities to engage with young people aged 8-18 within Northamptonshire during the afternoons and evenings. Sessions will be based out of our hub sites within Northampton and Wellingborough.
