We have been advised that the deal to purchase the land known as the south gravel car park by a third party from the Homes and Communities Agency has still yet to be legally completed.
We have also been advised that this deal has to be completed with vacant possession, therefore the club are unable to use the south gravel car park until such time as this sale has been formally completed and a discussion can then take place with the new owner of the land.
The club will be looking to discuss this with the new owners as soon as the change of ownership process is completed, but in the meantime the north gravel car park and north overflow car park will be open as normal for the upcoming home games. Those who have annual passes to use the gravel car parks are reminded that their passes are valid for the north gravel car park.
