The Northampton Town Community Trust are hiring a Business Development Officer - (25 hours per week)

Salary - Competitive Base + Performance related incentives

Do you have a proven track record in new business development and income generation? Are you passionate about education and making a difference in the local community?

Northampton Town FC Community Trust is a pioneering charity that uses the unique appeal of Northampton Town Football Club to deliver activities that connect our communities and improve people’s lives.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team in the following position:

· Business Development Officer 

With an emphasis initially on schools, the successful applicant will be responsible for pro-actively increasing the revenue and reach of the community trust schools programme, achieving set income generation targets for new business and retained business. They will work closely with the CEO and department leads to identify, develop and close business opportunities to grow our work.

Are you eligible?

We’re looking for someone with a track record in sales but also with a passion to make a positive difference within the local community and to the lives of young people. Experience working within sales in the education sector is advantageous but not essential.

All eligible candidates must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle too.
