Northampton Town manager Keith Curle has been nominated for the Sky Bet League 2 Manager of the Month award, while defender Scott Wharton is on the shortlist for the Player of the Month honour.
An EFL judging panel comprising of former Barnsley manager Danny Wilson, Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman; EFL Communications Director Mark Rowan, and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies will announce the winners of each category on Friday.
Alongside Curle on the Manager of the Month shortlist are Scunthorpe United's Paul Hurst, Ryan Lowe of Plymouth Argyle and Richie Wellens of Swindon Town.
In the running for the Player of the Month award, alongside Wharton, are Ebou Adams of Forest Green Rovers, Eoin Doyle of Swindon Town and Plymouth Argyle's Antoni Sarcevic.
