PLENTY OF PRE-MATCH ENTERTAINMENT TAKING PLACE ON SATURDAY

Pre-match events taking place at Notts County fixture

19 September 2018

There are plenty of pre-match fun and games for all supporters attending Saturday's game at the PTS Academy Stadium to enjoy.

A typical pre-match build up to a Saturday afternoon home game is detailed below. Please note these are all subject to change but are designed to give anyone visiting us an idea of the sort of activities that take place:

The turnstiles open at 1pm, and from that time, on the West Stand concourse, we will have the FIFA GAMEZone in operation. The FIFA GAMEZone is looked after by an EA Sports Online Ranked Top 50 player who is also known online as @NTFC_REAPERZz, and has been playing FIFA professionally since 2015. He has been recruited to represent Northampton Town in online tournaments both nationally and internationally. He will also be at the club on home matchdays, heading up our GAME Zone.

Over at the East Stand, the Mick George family area will be open. This is designed for our junior supporters and their companions where youngsters can enjoy taking part in a range of activities such as banner making, face painting, inflatable football and drawing and colouring. You can access this area from walking around the back of the Sheinman Opticians Stand and follow the sign posts, clearly marked, or just listen for the noise!

We also have our own Nanny Hazel on hand to ensure everyone has a great time and stays safe!

Here’s a typical matchday timetable:-
1.30pm Mick George Family Area opens
Inflatable Football
Face Painting
Banner making
1.45pm Meet Clarence the Dragon & Mick the Skip
2pm Meet NTFC players for signings and autographs.

For those slightly older, the Fans Village is open behind the Sheinman Opticians Stand at every home game.

The Fans Village, which offers a choice of food and drink as well as pre-match music and entertainment, can be accessed by entering the stadium through a turnstile and then walking behind the Sheinman Opticians Stand into the fenced area.

Sheinman Opticians Stand turnstiles and the West Stand turnstile in the north corner will open around 2 hours before kick off to allow access to the village, with a valid match ticket required to enter both the stadium and the Fans Village.

After the game the bars will be closed, but Carr's Bar will be open for supporters to relax and enjoy a drink.

Whatever your choice of pre-match activity, there is plenty to enjoy ahead of kick off!
