dbfb are also official communications partner

4 October 2018

Northampton Town Football Club are delighted to announce a new partnership with local communications provider dbfb who will, for the next 3 seasons, sponsor the club's development squads.

dbfb will also enhance their status as the club’s Official Communications Partner through the provision of IT support for both the back office and matchdays.

"One of the deciding factors for choosing dbfb for our business-critical IT is their ability to offer us vital match day support. It is incredibly important for us to know we have support 24/7," said Commercial Director Caroline Lucy.

"dbfb have been partners of the club for some time now which means we know the support is there and, like the club, they are heavily involved in supporting and giving back to the local community.

"These are exciting times for the Northampton Town Academy."

Head of Academy Recruitment Darren Norton added, "We are proud of the young players in our Academy and this support from dbfb will help us enormously.

"We are extremely grateful to them for their backing at this time. We have seen several players come through the system to join the first team squad over the last few years and we hope there are more to come. The support of dbfb will certainly help us bring these players through."

Managing Director of dbfb, Simon Pickering adds: “Our decision to become the club's development squad sponsor was simple. We have and continue to employ graduates fresh from University and young individuals with big potential and ambition. We really want to develop youth and help to bring through the next generation. Therefore, we feel very passionate about our decision to support the Northampton Town development teams.

“Over the years we have had many opportunities arise from working closely with NTFC. We have built business relationships through direct referrals from the leadership team at NTFC and also had the opportunity to network with local businesses when attending matchday hospitality and ultimately, won business through our association with the club. We’re optimistic about the future, both on and off the pitch.”
