An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, enthusiastic and driven individual to join the Northampton Town Community Trust team in the following position:

• Sports Development Officer - Participation

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and coaching on the Premier League Girls Programme; helping to increase female participation in football. Alongside this they will be responsible for coordinating and expanding our holiday course programmes and sport/football based health programmes across Northamptonshire.

Are you eligible?
To be eligible for shortlisting a candidate must have a minimum FA Level 2 coaching certificate, which includes an up to date safeguarding and emergency first aid certificate.

This isn’t a 9.00am to 5.00pm job with some evening and weekend work required, so commitment, passion and a love of knowing you will be making a difference is going to be vital for your success in this role.

All eligible candidates must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle too.
