Cobblers boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is demanding his side re-produce the tempo they displayed in their previous match at Sixfields as he previews Friday’s home game against Charlton.
"We have to make it a battle," he said.
"We need to get the crowd going and we need to play with energy.
"Charlton are a good side but we have done well against some good sides this season and we certainly have a chance of succeeding.
"We have seven games left but all we can focus on right now is Charlton and we need to forget about the other six for now.
"We have won three games in a row before this season and we can do that again.
"I am committed and I want to keep this club in League One and build from there.
"We all want to be in this league next season, we still have the chance to achieve that and its up to us to go out and grab that chance."
