Cobblers boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink was very pleased as he reflected on Saturday’s 3-1 away win at AFC Wimbledon.
"We deserved everything that we got today," he said.
"I thought we were the better team, especially in the first half. We looked sharp, we attacked really well and we looked dangerous.
"The commitment was there and the players were ready for whatever was thrown at them. It's not easy coming here and this was a very good performance.
"Ash Taylor led the team really well and Brendan Moloney came back in and did a really good job at right-back but it was a real team effort today."
