Ahead of Saturday's game, Jamie Duncan takes a look at some of the players who have played for both the Cobblers and Crawley Town.

Josh Lelan
Right back Josh Lelan joined the Cobblers from Derby County at the beginning of the 2015-16 season, he stayed with the Cobblers for just one season where he managed 11 appearances for the first team before his release. He joined Crawley Town in January 2017 where he put pen to paper on a one and a half year deal. In all he made 44 appearances for Crawley Town and was released at the end of last season.

Lewis Young
Defender Lewis Young signed for Northampton Town from Burton Albion following a successful trial with the club. He became a regular during his year with the Cobblers managing to make 30 appearances as Aidy Boothroyd's side avoided relegation. He joined his current club Crawley Town in 2014 and has made over 170 appearances for the club, becoming a regular fixture at the Broadfield Stadium whilst finding the back of the net three times.

Emile Sinclair
Striker Emile Sinclair signed for Crawley Town for an undisclosed fee from Peterborough United at the start of the 2013-14 season. He made 15 appearances for the club and scored twice before joining Northampton Town on loan. He made 20 appearances during his loan spell, netting twice before signing for the Cobblers on a permanent contract. In all Sinclair made 30 appearances for Northampton Town, scoring three times, twice in a vital victory at Torquay United before leaving the club in January 2015.

James Collins
Striker James Collins signed for Northampton Town on loan from Shrewsbury Town in January 2016. He made his debut against Plymouth Argyle and made an instant impact, scoring in a 2-1 win. He became a regular fixture in the side, playing 21 games and scoring eight goals during a successful spell. Following his release from Shrewsbury Town he joined Crawley Town where he quickly became a favourite. He stayed for one prolific season, making 45 appearances and scoring 20 goals for the Red Devils before joining Luton Town.

Billy Clarke
In January 2009, Billy Clarke signed on loan for Northampton Town. He made an immediate impact, scoring a hat trick on his debut in a 5-1 win over Crewe Alexandra (pictured). Clarke only managed 5 appearances during his stay and scored those three times. He joined Crawley in January 2014 and stayed for two seasons making 82 appearances and scoring 20 goals for the Red Devils. He left the Broadfield Stadium at the end of the 2013/14 season following the conclusion of his contract and is now with Charlton Athletic.
