Cobblers boss Dean Austin previews Saturday’s trip to Carlisle United and says his side can take a lot of confidence from last weekend's display against Lincoln City.
"We are very positive and I'm just focussed on what we need to do to try and win the game," he said.
"The players have worked very hard again this week and we are working hard on what we want to do and how we want to play our game.
"It was a very good, positive performance last Saturday but the pain still hasn't gone away yet.
"99 times out of 100 we probably win that game but unfortunately we didn't manage to take our chances and we got done by a sucker punch.
"You have to be in there to miss and if we weren't creating chances I'd be concerned but I know with the players we've got we are always going to create chances."
