Cobblers boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has been speaking about the importance of the local derby at Peterborough United on Easter Monday.
"It's a massive game and we will be doing everything in our power to put in a performance to make the supporters proud," he said.
"This game is nothing without the supporters, this is their club and this is their passion.
"We really need the fans support and it will give the players a big lift.
"The players really do care and I had players crying in the dressing room after the game on Friday.
"I really do get the frustration of the fans but I feel I am the right man to take this club forward."
