Cobblers caretaker boss Dean Austin has spoken about the pride he had in the players following Saturday’s win against Plymouth.
"I was so proud of the boys on Saturday and it's a pleasure working with this group, they are giving it everything that they have got and they want to improve," he said.
"We've been a wounded animal for quite a while but we are getting better and we are gradually improving and moving forward.
"I always said the supporters would have a big part to play in this run of games but the players have to get the fans on their side by showing the effort and application that they did on Saturday.
"We are going to scrap right until the end and while we keep playing with the same work ethic and application we will win games."
