Northampton Town are delighted to welcome Phill Smith as the new Chief Executive of the Northampton Town Community Trust.
With over ten years’ experience working across the community sport, education and health sectors, Phill has been instrumental in linking health and education with traditional football-themed programmes receiving both local and national recognition for his work.
Phill will be leading the strategic development of the Community Trust to enhance its reach and impact with fans and the local community.
Joining from the Leyton Orient Trust, Phill is passionate about making a positive difference across Northamptonshire and is keen to harness the power of Northampton Town Football Club for social good.
