Regan Poole played 90 minutes as the Wales under 21s drew 0-0 with their Romanian counterparts in Bangor on Tuesday evening.
The game was a UEFA under 21 qualifier and Poole will now return to Sixfields to join the squad preparing for Saturday's Sky Bet League 1 visit from Scunthorpe United.
