Our Football in the Community Trust are excited to launch a brand new reading programme in association with Premier League Primary Stars.
Premier League Reading Stars uses the appeal of the football to encourage boys and girls from 9-13 years to further their reading and writing skills.
The 10 week programme, delivered by coaches from Northampton Town, involves lessons designed alongside the National Literacy Trust to aid and encourage young children to read.
To launch the programme, we will be giving away a PL Reading stars book box to one of our local schools, filled with 15 of the latest children's books for all abilities. To enter your school, tweet @NTFC_CITC with your school name and your support for the Cobblers!
