The Northampton Town Football & Education Programme recently returned from a tour of the Netherlands.
The tour took place over the weekend of 19th to 22nd of May and 18 boys and 3 staff were involved on the trip.
Whilst out there, the group played 2 games, winning 4-1 against CSW with goals from Connor Forman, Darryl Poku-Gyampoh, Mitch Clayson and Josh De Michele, then losing 4-1 against a strong vvBergen side, Clayson with our goal.
The group were based in the town of Vollendam and they got to sample a bit of Dutch culture as well as visiting the Amsterdam Arena for a tour of the stadium.
It was an eventful and successful trip and we hope it is the first of many embarked on by students from the Programme!
