Defender honoured on reaching milestone appearance
Northampton Town honoured defender David Buchanan on Tuesday night.
The left back made his 100th consecutive appearance for the club against Port Vale, and the club presented Buchanan with a specially framed short just before kick off.
Buchanan has started every game since arriving at the club in the summer of 2015. The only football he has missed in that time is 45 minutes of a game against Leyton Orient in September 2015 and the second half of this season's Checkatrade Trophy tie against West Ham United.
