ATTITUDE OF YOUNGSTERS DELIGHTS COBBLERS BOSS

Justin Edinburgh also praises Chairman for supporting transfer fees paid

Justin Edinburgh is delighted with the off season work of youngsters Leon Lobjoit and Shaun McWilliams who have both been training hard under the guidance of club staff.

While a lot of footballers are off at this time of year, resting and relaxing, the young duo have been hard at work, getting themselves into the best shape possible ahead of the start of pre-season.

"Leon Lobjoit has been working really hard this summer," confirmed Edinburgh.

"His attitude has been first class, he accepts we have given him an opportunity, he has put on a lot of muscle as has Shaun McWilliams and that is the kind of environment we are looking to foster here. Players with a drive to make themselves better.

"I have also been pleased with the type of character we have been able to bring in.

"We have paid money for two players now this summer and the Chairman has been fantastic with his backing. We got things in place to identify young players who have potential and the younger players we have signed aren't the ones who have done the rounds of clubs, they are players we have identified who are hungry and that is the kind of young player we are looking for. Hopefully we can add a couple more in that bracket in the coming weeks."
