Squad move outdoors for more testing

The Northampton Town squad continued their pre-season work with a series of sprint tests at Moulton College on Friday.
After various indoor tests on Thursday to assess the squad's flexibility, movement and physical condition, Friday saw them out on the grass being put through a series of sprints and runs to test their fitness.
The squad return to work on Monday as they continue their pre-season preparations, with their first public game at Sileby Rangers on Saturday July 8th.
