Cobblers boss Justin Edinburgh says that Tuesday night's trip to Evo-Stik League Southern League Premier side Frome Town will represent a different type of challenge for his team.
"It’ll represent another different test for the squad," he said.
"The players have had some rest after Spain and now so they’ll be fresh and raring to go again.
"We’ll be looking to increase the playing time for the players and get some more minutes into their legs.
"We’ve made a lot of changes during the last two games but with the season creeping up on us it’s important to build the playing time gradually and we’ll start to do that from Tuesday night.
