The Cobblers boss previews Fleetwood Town v Northampton Town
Cobblers boss Justin Edinburgh knows his side face a very tough test in Saturday’s trip to in-form Fleetwood.
“A lot was asked of us at Southend and we stood up to the challenge,” he said.
“There were a lot of things that pleased me on Saturday and we are going to need that resolute mentality again at Fleetwood.
“Fleetwood are on a magnificent run and we know we are going to have to replicate Saturday’s performance and all the different parts of the game that we showed on Saturday.
“The players know they are capable of doing that and what we need to do is show that consistently.
“Our home form has been good but we haven’t won away from home yet and that is something we are trying to do.
“We have to be respectful of Fleetwood and the run they are on but in my time here I’ve seen enough to know that we are capable of going there and getting a result.”
