JUSTIN EDINBURGH LOOKING TO BUILD ON WIN OVER COVENTRY

Cobblers boss previews Saturday's trip to Walsall

Cobblers boss Justin Edinburgh is keen to try and build on last week's win over Coventry City as he looks ahead to Saturday’s trip to Walsall.

“We need to try and build on what we started to put in place last week,” he said.

“I’ve already come up against Walsall twice this season with Gillingham.

“The last time was quite recently but they have changed their formation since then and I think that has come on the back of them having some fantastic results.

“It’s always a tough place to go and they have found a rich run of form in front of goal in the last few weeks.

“They will be a buoyant camp I’m sure and we know we will need to be at the top of our game.

“Erhun Oztumer is a threat but we have got some offensive players ourselves who we feel can effect the opposition. He is certainly a good player though and one we definitely need to keep an eye on.”
