MOLONEY AND McWILLIAMS COULD RETURN

Duo back in contention for Fleetwood's visit to Sixfields

11 August 2017

Brendan Moloney (hamstring) and Shaun McWilliams (ankle) could both feature against Fleetwood at Sixfields on Saturday with Daniel Powell (hamstring), rested as a precaution on Tuesday night, also available to be included in the 18-man squad.

John-Joe O’Toole (groin), Sam Foley (ankle) and Sam Hoskins (knee) remain sidelined.

“Brendan and Shaun have both been back in training so we are hopeful that they will be available,” said boss Justin Edinburgh.

“We are still working with John-Joe and it’s just taking a little bit longer than we hoped. He won’t be available for the weekend.

“We will assess Daniel Powell again before Saturday but hopefully he will come back into contention as well.”

Leon Barnett, who was sent off at Loftus Road on Tuesday, will miss the game as he serves a one match ban.
