Cobblers wishing the Dale midfielder well
David Buchanan presented a signed shirt to Rochdale's Joe Thompson on behalf of the squad during Saturday's visit to the Crown Oil Arena.
Dale midfielder Thompson was diagnosed with cancer in 2013, and he recently received the news that this cancer had returned.
