Local team enjoyed their matchday experience
We were delighted to receive the below email from Nathan Coombs after his Wellingborough Old Grammarians side walked out with the players at the recent Bristol Rovers game.
"On behalf of the Old Grammarians U8’s we would like to thank you for arranging such a fantastic day at the Cobblers where the boys had an opportunity to walk out with the players and take penalties at half time in the Stanair Cup. They had an unforgettable day where they pretended they were professional football players, great memories and a good game to watch (apart from the result!)"
While our walking out with the players and Guard of Honour experiences are now full for the rest of the season, we do still have space for teams, schools or groups who want to be our flag wavers or hold our centre circle banner, so please get in quick if you want that young supporter and their friends to enjoy a truly magical matchday experience!
