EFL Youth Alliance action
The Northampton Town under 18 side welcomed Peterborough United to Moulton College on Saturday in the EFL Youth Alliance.
The Cobblers came back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 with goals from Lewis Irwin and Vaughn Marett.
“It was pleasing to come back from 2-0 down,” said Professional Development Phase Coach Mark Lyons.
“We showed a much better togetherness and attitude in the second half and we need to build on that.”
