COBBLERS AND HISCHURCH DISTRIBUTE BREAKFAST CEREALS TO MORE THAN 30 LOCAL SCHOOLS

Club supporting healthy eating programme

His Church charity have partnered with Northampton Town's Football in the Community Trust by inviting schools and registered charities to a breakfast cereal distribution event at Sixfields on Thursday (3rd November).

The event was the first to take place as part of His Church’s brand new project for 2016 'Team Up to Be Champions, Schools Breakfasts For Winners'. The project aims to improve educational attainment and social inclusion through the provision of healthy, good quality breakfast cereal to school Breakfast Clubs and families. 

This project has been whole-heartedly embraced by football clubs who are themselves fully committed to investing in and connecting with their local communities, through their Foundations & Community Trusts. 

His Church Charity specialise in providing robustly secure, ethical, sustainable solutions for food, clothes and supplies companies and in doing so are able to meet the needs of underprivileged and vulnerable people in the UK and abroad.

More than 30 schools visited Sixfields on Thursday to collect their breakfast cereals and enjoy a stadium tour.
