Kelvin Thomas keeping Marc Richards and David Buchanan informed
Northampton Town Chairman Kelvin Thomas says he has been talking to some of the senior players in the squad as he continues the search for the next Cobblers manager.
“I’ve been talking to Marc Richards and David Buchanan throughout this week and we will continue to do that," he said.
“We’re not looking for someone to come in and rip everything up and start again, we’ve got a good structure here and we’re not believers in ripping things up that are working.
“It’s very important for us to find the right person who will fit into our framework but that will also bring their own personality and work ethic to it.
“We are a hard working football club, we are an open and honest football club and that is the key for us."
