Team news ahead of Stevenage v Northampton Town
Marc Richards is set for a possible return ahead of Saturday’s trip to Stevenage.
“He’s doing well but we’re having to hold him back a little bit,” said boss Chris Wilder.
“He has been back training full time this week and he might be involved on Saturday.
“He will definitely be involved for the two games over Easter and that is great news for everybody.
“When you lose a player of Marc’s character and ability it is going to lessen the group but he’s been out for a little while and we’ve still picked up some fantastic results from some tough games.
“We had a decision to make last Saturday with Rod McDonald being back but we stuck with Luke and I thought it was his best game for us.
“Rod has been great but when you come out of the team for whatever reason there is always someone to come in and grasp that opportunity.
“Competition is fierce and that’s good for everybody.”
