Cobblers boss previews trip to Brackley
Cobblers boss Rob Page is looking to give more minutes to some of his players at Brackley on Saturday.
After the first two pre-season friendlies saw the Cobblers field two different teams in each half, that is set to change this weekend.
“Brackley will be another competitive test for us and that’s what we want,” he said.
“We want a physical test and I’m sure they will give us that.
“We will be looking to get more minutes into the players on Saturday and some of the team will probably play up to an hour.
“We have been working the players hard in training and we will keep building them up.
“It’s not about personnel at the minute and who plays where, that will come but right now it’s all about building up the minutes on the pitch.”
